EzyDo is an independent project run by [Your name]. For anything about your data, write to [contact@yourdomain.ro].

Your account email address (used only for magic-link sign-in).

Your declared profile: usual bedtime and wake time, lifestyle preference, daily nudge budget, time zone, and language.

The content you create: nudge titles and notes, and your categories.

Push subscription keys, only if you enable notifications. These are technical keys needed to deliver notifications to your device — they contain no message content.

If you use the AI companion: the text you type and a minimal snapshot of your open items (titles, dates, categories) are sent to the model provider through our server, so it can answer and propose changes. We use a paid tier that is not used for model training. Conversations are not stored; only a per-call token count is logged (ai_call event).

Usage events: app_opened, notification_sent, notification_feedback, notification_permission_changed, reminder_created, reminder_completed, reminder_deleted. Each event stores the time, a random session id, the app version, and the platform (e.g. iOS PWA, desktop browser).

Error reports through Sentry when something crashes: the error message, stack trace, browser and operating system, and a random user id. Your email is never attached.

Anonymous page-view statistics (Vercel Analytics): no cookies, no user identification, no ad tracking — aggregated view counts only.

No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.

No location tracking. Your time zone is whatever you declared during onboarding.

No health data, and no sleep-tracking claims — EzyDo only knows the bedtime and wake time you typed in.

In this version, nothing is sent to any AI or language-model service unless you deliberately use the AI companion.

Providing the service: the data needed to run your calendar, nudges, and account (contract).

Consent: push notifications and their delivery — you can withdraw this anytime in Settings, and the app stays fully usable without it.

Legitimate interest: minimal error monitoring so the app can be fixed when it breaks.

The database runs in the European Union (Supabase, EU region). Error reports go to a Sentry organization hosted in the EU. The app is served by Vercel.

No data is transferred to AI providers in this version.

Only strictly-necessary session cookies for keeping you signed in. No tracking cookies of any kind.

Usage events are deleted after 90 days. Everything else is kept until you delete your account.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Deletion is built into the app: Settings → Delete account removes your account and all associated data. You can also write to [contact@yourdomain.ro] and it will be handled manually.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, you'll see a notice in the app. The date at the top shows the last update.
